Locality

The house is within the village of Le Bourg Dun which has a bar, grocery, boulangerie and church. Veules le Roses, which boasts one of the shortest river in France, is only 10km away, as are the gardens of Les Moulins in Varengville.

Wonderful local markets are held in the nearby villages.

Bicycle hire is available from the Tourist Office opposite the house.

Nearest banks are in the local market town of Luneray (6km).

Golf

The nearest golf course is located on the cliffs, 20 minutes away at Dieppe. It is 18 holes par 70 covering more than 100 acres. Length 6305 yards.

Other courses include the stunning setting of the Etretat Golf Club which is a 45 min. drive. The Golf Couse has 18 holes, Par 72, length: 6073 m.

On the road to Rouen, there is also Saint-Saëns Golf Club - 18 hole par 71, on 80 hectares of beautiful grounds.

Connections

Newhaven-Dieppe ferry is 20 min away, Portsmouth-Le Havre 45 min. Boulogne and Calais are 2 - 2.5 hours away. There is a train connection from Dieppe to Paris, changing at Rouen.
